I don’t know about you, but I have plenty of days when I can’t seem to shake myself out of a mental funk. My mind goes around and around, stuck in a vicious, never-ending loop.

It doesn’t serve me! I know it doesn’t serve you!

Todays’ episode is all about how I used a technique I learned in my Life Coach Certification to reframe. Even knowing this technique. Sometimes I still have to give myself a reminder to use it, but I have found that I am able to more quickly shift to a positive state of mind when I remember to this.

I just wanted to share this little nugget because I know how it can be when you get stuck on a problem and just can’t see the the silver lining or light at the end of the tunnel.
